Enrolment Reservation

On receiving this application form, your child’s name will be entered onto our reservation or wait list. Placements within our early childhood service will be dependent on vacancy availability and individual priority. Priority is established by eligibility, age and time on waiting list.

A booking fee of $20 is required to place your child on the waitlist or secure a place, this is not refundable.

Minimum of 3 days booking is required.
